What Youll Do

• Greet customers online on the phone and in-store and deliver an excellentcustomerexperience from first contact to delivery.

• Learn our vehicles and technology present features and conduct test drives.

• Use CRM and basic computer tools to follow up with leads set appointments and stay organized.

• Work with the management team to structure deals complete paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery process.

• Follow up with customers after the sale to build long-term relationships and repeat/referral business.

What It Takes to Succeed
