The Impact You Will Have
As Product Owner for Digital Experience you will own the product strategy and delivery for Coupes member portal employer admin console and partner-facing digital experiences. These are the primary touchpoints where members find care understand their benefits and manage their healthcare finances and where employers and partners configure monitor and support their populations. Your work will directly drive member digital activation and engagement reduce operational burden on Health Valet and Operations teams and enable Coupe to scale without proportional headcount growth. Working closely with Engineering Design and Operations you will translate member needs and business objectives into a prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of member experience operational efficiency and platform scalability making it critical to Coupes ability to win in the Alternative Health Plan market.
Your Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop a deep understanding of customer and business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs.
In partnership with Solution Lead the Product Owner will lead product strategy planning and life cycle management efforts.
Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.
Articulate translate and communicate the vision and strategy effectively to key stakeholders and team members
Define and drive business priorities and deliverables in alignment with business scope and in alignment to the strategy
Provide the what and why for the team e.g. overall product strategy
Bring a data-driven approach to decision making including allocating funds and developing and tracking Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) that drive product success
Demonstrated success in defining and building products.
Product Planning
Act as voice of the end-user. Proactively seek customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements and ensure end-to-end delivery features
Work with the Scrum-master to establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes
Continuously monitor and evaluate performance and proactively champion product improvements
Determine internal and contract/external resources and skills required for the product team to deliver on the product roadmap any resource needs should be managements role
Manage investment decision making and finances for the product taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs.
Collaborate with Capability Management and Architecture team to ensure delivery is aligned to address capability gaps and aligns to enterprise technical architecture
Share information about the teams output and priorities with other Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization
Serve as product manager for multiple related products.
Product Delivery Product Operations & Product Performance
Create artifacts as appropriate including business case documentation scope documentation and process flows.
Support delivery teams as they develop test and deploy solutions.
Define and clearly communicate acceptance criteria for output based on business requirements and customer needs
Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases.
Optimize the flow of value through the multi-team Agile environment and progress towards objectives goals and commitments while removing impediments resolving conflicts and managing risks and issues
Foster an innovative inclusive and diverse team environment promoting positive team culture encouraging collaboration and self-organization
Make trade-off decisions to balance product quality cost and delivery timelines as needed
Engage with functional discipline Leads with regards to resourcing and functional expertise required in teams
Responsible for business readiness; understand the impact of change and define the approach to manage adoption and resistance to change
Increase adoption and consumption of product capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience
7 years of product management or project management experience
Experience with Payer to Provider contract management
Experience with Provider network strategies
Experience with Provider and/or customer relationship
Experience with managing analytics projects and or products
Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Experience determining and overseeing analytics and software development initiatives and estimating resource requirements.
Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and independently solving software engineering problems.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
7 years of product management experience with a focus on consumer-facing digital products
Proven track record owning web and mobile portal experiences with measurable improvements in user activation engagement and task completion
Experience defining and delivering self-service capabilities that reduce operational costs and improve user satisfaction
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs instrument products and use data to drive decisions
Experience running user research and continuous discovery to inform product strategy
Demonstrated ability to manage complex backlogs and make crisp prioritization decisions across competing stakeholder needs
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design in agile delivery environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Product Engineering Operations and executive leadership
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Healthcare industry experience particularly with health plans benefits administration or healthcare navigation platforms
Experience with B2B2C products that serve both end consumers and enterprise administrators
Background in health fintech payments or member financial experiences
Experience building employer-facing HR administration tools or benefits portals
Understanding of healthcare member journeys including enrollment care navigation and claims/billing
Experience with multi-tenant platforms supporting white-label or co-branded deployments
Familiarity with digital engagement metrics and strategies for driving user activation and retention
Experience partnering with customer service or operations teams to reduce support volume through digital solutions
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design for diverse user populations

Anchored in Connection
Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships creativity and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
Compensation and Benefits
$102400.00 - $138300.00 - $174200.00 AnnualPay is based on several factors which vary based on position including skills ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
