Job Summary
Location: Seattle WA or San Francisco CA or Remote (Full-time; Remote or Partially Remote)
We areseekinga highly skilled Senior Data Architect to lead the design management and maturity of the firms enterprise data ecosystem. This role owns the architecture and reliability of the LNW data warehouse reporting platforms and integration pipelines that power analytics across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep SQL and data engineeringexpertisewith a strong understanding of financial services dataflowsand reporting needs of a wealth management firm.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Engineering
- Own the design and long-term architecture of the firms enterprise data warehouse and data pipelines
- Develop andmaintainscalable SQL data models supporting firm metrics critical dataneeds client reporting and operational analytics.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines replication strategies and processes to align data acrossportfolioaccounting CRMtradingand operational systems.
- Design data ingestionframeworksforlarge structuredfiles API integrations and replication feeds.
Reporting & Analytics Platforms
- Maintain andoptimizereportinginfrastructureincluding Power BI SSRS and related semantic models.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver dashboards supportingfirm metrics revenue reporting and operational insights.
- Develop &maintainBulk Document Management Dashboard for portal delivery of performance reporting and other document types currently operationalized.
- Ensure reporting models are performant well documented and scalable.
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish standards for data quality lineage documentation and lifecycle management.
- Implement monitoring and validation processes to ensure accuracy of criticalfinancialand operational data.
- Partner with compliance and leadership to ensure proper governance and obfuscation of sensitive client data.
- Manage Data Backup and retention policies Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
Integration Automation & Agentic AI
- Design integration frameworks using SQL APIs and automation platforms such as Azure Data Factory (ADF)SSISandWorkato.
- Support data synchronization between systems including CRM portfolio accounting billing and trading platforms.
- Leverage AutonomousAI into integration frameworksusing MCP or 3rdparty harnessesto supportdecision-drivenautomation and delivery.
- Enable LNWs responsible use of AI and advanced analytics by ensuring enterprise data isaccurate well-structured and accessible to analytical tools.
- Deliver high-quality datasets for AI consumption implementing governance and lineage controls to ensure trustworthy outputs and supporting integration with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Power BI AI features and other approved analytical tools.
- Automate data processing workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
More About You
Experience and Education
- 7 years of experience in data engineering data architecture or data warehouse development.
- Expert-level SQL skills with deep experience designing relational data models.
- Strong experience with Salesforce SOQL SQL Stored Procedures Views Keys Indexes and Constraints.
- Strong experience with data warehouse architecture and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and SSRS.
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms using APIs and automation tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business reporting needs into scalable data models.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience in wealth management investment management or financial services.
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems CRM platforms and trading systems.
- Experience managing enterprise data warehouses on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with SSIS Python data pipelines and/or similar integration tools.

Compensation and Benefits
We provide a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills and offer an annual bonus based on company and individual performance. The hiring salary range for this position in Seattle is $115000 to $150000 in San Francisco is $130000 to $170000 and Remote from $100000 to $135000 depending on experience.
The salary range applies tothecurrent posting and may change in the future. The range may vary based on key factors such as education job-related knowledge experience skill set and geographic location.
