Position Description
This roles responsibility is to support and enhance the leadership growth experiences of Hensel Phelps people. This role will support the coordination administration and evaluation of leadership and coaching programs across the company. This coordinator position will support assessments program coordination data reporting and process improvements helping ensure a high-quality developmental experience. This is a role where curiosity initiative and collaboration are encouraged and essential.
Position Responsibilities
Program & Operational Support
Coordinate the logistics of leadership development and coaching programs including scheduling communication session preparation tracking participation materials management.
Assist with the administration of assessments surveys and learning tools for leadership and coaching programs (e.g. 360s); manage timelines and follow-up communications.
Support coaches and facilitators with scheduling participant communication and preparation needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation across leadership development initiatives.
Support the implementation and rollout of new leadership development offerings and enhancements to existing programs.
Data Insights & Reporting
Develop or refine reporting tools under guidance of OD leadership that provide meaningful insights to leaders program managers and coaches.
Analyze program and assessment data to identify themes trends and opportunities for improvement and escalate insights to OD leaders.
Assist in creating reports summary documents and presentations for leadership.
Track and measure program effectiveness through surveys participation metrics and evaluation frameworks.
Technology & Systems Support
Support the administration of coaching and leadership development technologies including platform setup user access and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot basic user issues coordinate with vendors and/or IT when needed and help ensure smooth participant and coach experiences.
Assist with setup testing and deployment of program technologies (e.g. assessment tools survey platforms scheduling systems learning systems).
Maintain organized digital records workflows and files to support program efficiency.
Research new tools and features that could enhance coaching or leadership development programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build positive productive relationships with internal leaders HR and OD partners and colleagues across the company.
Communicate clearly and professionally with participants at all levels to support their development experience.
Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to deliver consistent high-quality leadership programs.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements to enhance program efficiency.
Stay current on leadership development and coaching tools technologies and best practices.
- Participate in team problem-solving discussions and help generate creative solutions.
Required Qualification:
Bachelors degree in psychology Organizational Development Data/Analytics Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience with data analysis assessment or surveys (internships and academic experience acceptable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with standard office tools (e.g. spreadsheets documents presentations).
Demonstrated initiative ownership and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration.
A passion in leadership development and supporting others growth.
Comfortable learning and using modern technologies and systems.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Physical Work and Classification & Demands:
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
The individual in this position will periodically walk kneel sit crouch reach stoop read/see speak push pull lift stand and finger/type. The frequency of each action varies by workflow and office activity.
Walking - The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery boxes cabinets etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator copy machine phone computer and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and external stakeholders regarding a variety of topics related to office administration.
Constantly computes analyzes and conceptualizes mathematical calculations and formulas.
Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions.
The person in this position regularly sits in a stationary position in front of a computer screen.
Visual acuity and ability to operate a vehicle as certified and appropriate.
Rarely exposed to high and low temperatures.

Compensation Range (Colorado Only)
$29.00 $32.00 USD Hourly

As a result salaried employees are eligible for paid time off beginning upon hire. Salaried positions (project engineers and above) participate in an annual bonus plan subject to company and employee performance. Salaried employees (this is all salaried employees) are also eligible for a company cell phone or cell phone allowance in accordance with company policy. Further salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps policies. Based on position location a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
