Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Telemarketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for makingoutbound calls to potential customers promoting our products and generating leads. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills

a persuasive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
Clearly communicate the benefits of our products/services and answer any questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and performance metrics
Handle customer questions professionally and provide correct answers and solutions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in telemarketing is required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to persuade and influence potential customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
