Seeking a highly motivated preschool teacher who loves working with children takes pride in creating a safe nurturing learning environment and implements lesson plans that guide the childrens development every step of the way.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day learning and safety of all children. He/she will work with the teacher assistant to operate a classroom that puts emphasis on structure routine and building relationships. The teacher will interact engage observe and assess children through play and be able to adhere to program policies and requirements. The teacher will develop a positive rapport with families as it is a vital part of optimal child development and learning.

Requirements
An associate baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education Elementary Education Child Development or related field with experience teaching preschool children
Requires a valid drivers license
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Collaborate with your teacher assistant(s)as part of a teaching team to support children and implement policies.
Children attend 4 days a week (Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday). Teaching staff have a built-in prep/training day each week (Wednesday).
Full-time 9-month position from mid-August to mid-May. If desired summer hours may be available through HIT Inc.
Pay is directly related to the applicants degree
Associate: $28.00/hour ($43008/annually)
Baccalaureate: $32.75/hour ($50304annually)
