• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  
  
• Deliver excellent service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Organize and supervise staff during shifts

• Ensure restaurant standards for cleanliness safety and food quality are maintained
  
  
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
  
  

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
  
  
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  
  
• Strong communication leadership and people skills
  
  
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  
  
• Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed during busy shifts
