As our Human Resources Manager youll translate this philosophy into action through thoughtful leadership strong partnerships and people programs that help both employees and the organization succeed.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the HR Team: Guide coach and empower a talented group (Benefits & Leave Administrator HR Generalist HR Recruiter Payroll & HRIS Administrator) to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Drive Employee Experience: Shape programs that foster wellbeing engagement and belonging. From onboarding to exit interviews youll help every employee feel valued.
• Manage HR Operations: Oversee benefits leave payroll compensation performance management employee relations HR compliance and HRIS administration.
• Ensure Compliance: Keep us on track with local state and federal employment laws (think ADA ERISA COBRA OSHA and more).
• Spark Positive Morale: Lead employee relations with empathy resolve conflicts and promote a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Innovate & Educate: Develop benefit education initiatives oversee HR trainings and keep our policies fresh and relevant.
• Analyze & Report: Prepare HR analytics to inform smart decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience including 13 years managing an HR team.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred).
• Exceptional organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Paycom or other HRIS platforms.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others while fostering effective collaboration.

Additional Details:

Work Schedule:Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Location:iQ Headquarters - 1313 Main Street. Vancouver WA 98660.

Position Type: Hybrid - Approximately 90% work from home. Full-time 40 hours per week.
