Job Summary
Overview of Responsibilities:
Moldmaking and Tooling Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing the process of building precision injection molds fixtures and components
- Assist with and/or lead the coordination of the planning scheduling and communication of all resources supporting the build process to ensure on-time completion to committed dates within budgeted costs
- Responsible for troubleshooting and recommending solutions to development and production mold related issues
- Make recommendations for the on-going preventive maintenance of development molds
- Responsible for producing quality work consistent with department and organizational standards
- Operate all machines manual and CNC in a manner that is safe for yourself and any personnel in the Toolroom at all times
- Diligent completion of tracking labor costs in the Tool Room
- Work constructively and collaboratively with others within the organization on team projects and shared work
General Responsibilities
- Maintain clean machines equipment and organized work areas
- Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property
- Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 18-month vocational diploma in Machining Tool & Die or Moldmaking
- Five (5) years of experience as a Moldmaker or related craft skill work
Other Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and CAD models
- Ability to effectively utilize computers and software necessary to perform job duties
- Experienced in problem solving and troubling shooting
- Fundamental understanding of geometry and mathematics
- Experience in mechanical inspection and metrology
- Good communication and human relation skills
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 75 pounds
- Standing while running machines
- Manual dexterity
- 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses
- Normal level of hearing with or without the use of a corrective device

Pay:
- Hourly pay range: $26to $40
- Plus shift differential if applicable
