Schedule: Monday Friday Occasional Saturdays

Job Duties

• Direct truck traffic entering and exiting the transfer site
• Perform general labor duties including litter pickup and site cleanup
• Sort materials at the transfer site as required
• Maintain site grounds (weed cutting yard work etc.)
• Install temporary wind fencing and assist with site safety measures
• Support basic facility maintenance (painting janitorial tasks)
• Promote a safe work environment and strictly follow safety protocols
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• 1 year of stable work experience in a laborintensive or outdoor role
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Safetyfocused with a strong work ethic
• Reliable teamoriented and detaildriven
