Role Overview
We are looking for aManager Engineering (Mobile App Development)who will lead the design development and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The role requires strong technical expertise leadership capabilities and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage themobile engineering teamto design and develop scalable mobile applications.
- Drivearchitecture design and implementationof mobile solutions.
- Ensurehigh performance responsiveness and reliabilityof mobile applications.
- Collaborate withproduct managers designers and backend teamsto deliver high-quality features.
- Implementbest practices for coding testing and deployment.
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhancetechnical capabilities and productivity.
- Managecode reviews release cycles and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence tosecurity compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Core Experience: 610 years in Software Development with 1 years in a tech leadership role.
- Mobile Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK. Professional knowledge of Swift is a significant advantage.
- Embedded C: Strong hands-on experience in C (C14 or higher) for hardware-software integration (NDK/JNI POS logic or Soundbox firmware).
- Architecture: Deep knowledge of MVVM/MVI patterns and building modular white-labelable mobile frameworks.
- AI-Equipped: Proven experience using AI-driven development tools to enhance team productivity and code -Driven Development: Champion the use of AI coding agents (e.g. Cursor Copilot).
