What youll be doing:
- Supportclient onboarding and integration with Central1s Digital Finance System Platform.
- Configureenvironments across AWS Azure and MuleSoft.
- Assistwith client testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Documentprocedures configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Recommendprocess and system improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
- Overseeapplication health by monitoring coordinating and reporting onservice impactingevents.
- Participatein a rotating 247oncallsupport schedule.
- 3 years of experience in a largescale IT environment (Software Development Software Support or DevOps) preferably in financial services
- Strong background in application support maintenance and operational processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues across software infrastructure security and vendor platforms
- Excellent communication andclient serviceskills
- Solid understanding of payment systems banking platforms and financial transaction workflows
- Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field
- Strong ownership andfollow through
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Effective systematicproblem solvingskills
- Ability to manage priorities handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
What youll have:
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft and cloud platforms especiallyAzureAWS.
- Experience withrealtimetransaction systems batch processing and APIs.
- Proficiencywith MS SQL MySQL and related technologies.
- Handson experience in application/system troubleshooting and scripting/programming.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace Splunk).
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworksmTLS and certificate management.
Salary range: $60000-$71000
The salary range representsthe job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
