The Shift Lead / Server plays a dual roleserving guests while also supporting management in overseeing daily shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role stays calm under pressure and is passionate about hospitality.
- Act as the point of contact during assigned shifts
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth service flow and team coordination
- Assist in handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Lead by example with a positive team-first attitude
- Provide friendly attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming experience
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Help train and mentor new team members
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Supervise a shift
- 2 years of serving experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
