You will collaborate across functions to translate complex business challenges into innovative data strategies mentor team members and ensure alignment with data governance and quality standards driving measurable value and informed decision-making throughout the organization.

About the team:
The AI Center of Excellence develops advanced intelligent agent solutions that transition from concept to production across various departments. The team leverages enterprise data to create prescriptive AI applications focusing on data quality management and analytics using tools like Python SQL and AWS SageMaker. Collaborating across functions members drive innovative AI solutions addressing complex business challenges while ensuring scalable and sustainable model deployment. This team fosters continuous learning and technical excellence supporting enterprise-wide AI initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

What youll do...

Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis. Develop test and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL. Perform model validation and tuning to ensure accuracy robustness and scalability in production environments. Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making. Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and influence strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives and priorities. Mentor junior associates in data science techniques and best practices.

What youll bring: Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytical modeling techniques including machine learning and statistical methods. Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib Plotly or Tableau. Strong knowledge of data source identification data quality assessment and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL. Ability to develop test deploy and scale analytical models with a focus on accuracy robustness and business impact. Solid understanding of business domains and the capability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights. Bentonville Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
