Job Summary
Residential Technician Overnight (Full-Time)
Location: 516 W. 12th Street Sioux Falls SD
Pay Range: $18.00 $23.49/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight 4-Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clientsin a residential recovery setting
- Maintain a calm steady presence to foster a safe and respectful environment
- Assist clientswith daily needs as appropriate
- Complete accurate documentationand reports
- Conduct urine collections and property checks per program guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure continuity of care
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in residential treatment behavioral health human services or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
- Professionalism and ability to maintain boundaries
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (including lifting 25 pounds)
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with overnight shifts
- Background in human services criminal justice or behavioral health
- Interest in long-term work in a residential or recovery-focused setting
