Youll step into an outpatient role primarily focused on case management for the geriatric population with occasional therapeutic support. Youll see 3 to 8 patients per day through a mix of face-to-face and telehealth visits. There is minimal local travel during work hours to support patients who cannot make it into the clinic. Youll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining professional autonomy.

Youll practice in Methuen Massachusetts a suburban community in the Merrimack Valley offering a mix of quiet neighborhoods convenient amenities and proximity to both New Hampshire and the Greater Boston area.

Salary ranging from $69000 to $97000 based on experience
