The Role

In this role you will support both proposal development and project coordination activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative and proposal coordination support to Project Managers
• Analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) establishing schedules and managing submission timelines.
• Writing and editing proposals technical documentation and maintaining content libraries.
• Prepare and assist with proposals quotes and client submissions
• Support proposal execution by coordinating documentation and timelines
• Compile and prepare final deliverables for proposals to meet client and regulatory requirements
• Ongoing coordination and upkeep of CVs and project description databases
• Monitor industry trends competitor activity and emerging best practices for proposals

The Ideal Candidate

You are organized adaptable and proactive with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

• 25 years in proposal writing proposal coordination or structured RFQ/RFP responses
• Experience with RAQs proposal system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
• Self-motivated with a collaborative and team-focused approach

Today we have three offices across Ontario located in London North Bay and Carleton Place.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

This position has annual range of $56160 to $72800 based on experience skills and qualifications.

Compensation within this range will be determined based on:

• Relevant experience and expertise
• Role-related knowledge and technical skills
• Internal equity and alignment with similar roles

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for participation in our total rewards program including health and dental benefits RRSP matching paid time off and professional development opportunities.
