Student AmbassadorsRegina Saskatoon & Northern Campuses2026-2027The First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv) is seeking Student Ambassadors for the academic TERM:May 1August 31 2026: Up to 30 hours per week September 1 2026April 30 2027: Reduced hoursPOSITION DESCRIPTION:As a Student Ambassador you will represent FNUniv at recruitment events campus tours and community outreach initiatives. You will engage directly with prospective students families and community partners sharing your experiences and promoting FNUniv programs in a welcoming and culturally grounded this role you will support recruitment efforts student success services and marketing and communications initiatives while assisting with the delivery of key events and activities across campus. You will contribute to a positive student experience and help strengthen FNUnivs presence in the community. This position offers an opportunity to build leadership skills gain hands-on experience and play an active role in promoting second-year FNUniv student (65% GPA or higher) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences Interest in recruitment events and community engagement Passion for Indigenous culture and student success Social media experience is an asset Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsRESPONSIBILITIES: Campus Tours: Lead engaging tours for prospective students and families highlighting facilities programs and cultural spaces Outreach & Recruitment: Represent FNUniv at events and booths; engage with schools communities and prospective students to promote programs share student experiences and respond to inquiries Student Support: Provide current and prospective students with accurate information resources and referrals to help them navigate programs and services Event Cultural & Operational Support: Assist with the planning and delivery of events and cultural initiatives including setup registration materials preparation merchandise inventory management and general administrative support. Social Media & Marketing: Contribute content and share student experiences across FNUniv platforms and participate in marketing and advertising campaigns as -Departmental Support: Support initiatives across recruitment and retention student success services and marketing and communicationsSALARYHourly wage: $15.38 $21.03 based on accumulated credit hoursHow to Apply:All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
