As our nextProject Manager Automation & Assemblyyou will support the execution of industrial automation and equipment projects within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a technically minded Project Manager with handson exposure toautomation assembly processes and automotive manufacturing who enjoys working closely with engineering suppliers and customers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for coordinating project activities from concept through implementation ensuring alignment across quality delivery and cost targets.

What Youll Be Doing:
Plan coordinate and manageproject schedules open issue lists and resource requirementsfor automation and equipment programs
Act as the primary point of contact forinternal teams customers and suppliersthroughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintainproject plans tasks and milestonesusing MS Project or similar tools
Track and report onproject performancerelated to quality timing and budget
Supportequipment design and development activitiesin collaboration with engineering teams
Prepare manage and maintainproject documentation including Statements of Requirements (SORs) quality checklists and change documentation
Coordinatecontinuous improvement initiativesrelated to project execution and standard work
Maintain and applystandardized project management templates and processes
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experiencesupporting or managing projects withinindustrial automation and/or assembly environments
Working knowledge ofproject management methodologies and tools
Familiarity withFMEAISO andIATFquality standards
Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills
Comfortable working in amanufacturing and plantbased environment
Experience inautomotive manufacturingor highvolume production environments
Prior exposure tocapital equipment or automation projects
Experience working withcrossfunctional engineering teams(mechanical electrical controls)
