Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company responsible for ensuring a positive and professional impression for all visitors and callers. You will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks acting as a key liaison between clients staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage and maintain the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
