Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time caregiver to provide quality in-home care for clients in the LaFollette area. This role offers flexible hours and weekly pay making it ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others while maintaining a balanced schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping
- Monitor client health and report any concerns to medical professionals or family members
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate patient and dependable
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Background check and drug screening must be passed
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in LaFollette and surrounding areas
