Job Description:
Accountable for design analysis execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support coordination robust analysis and communications.

The CSC I will support the Specialized Consumer Client Solutions organization to drive responsible growth through collaborative business partnerships. Primary responsibilities of the role include but not limited to an in depth analysis executive level report creation process design and partner integration. This understanding will be used to ensure alignment between priorities strategic goals and capacity in order to support the broader organization and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands

  • Excellent verbal and written communication including presentation skills

  • Ability to lead and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

  • Proven leadership capabilities including effective communication and delegation

  • Advanced expertise across the Microsoft Office suite with particular strength in PowerPoint and Excel

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$73200.00 - $116900.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
