Position: Utility Construction Foreman (Stormwater)
Location: Harrisburg PA
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time 40-55 hours per week
Regional Travel:Required typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.

What youll do:

• Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities concrete structures and stormwater basins across the central states ensuring communities are safe and resilient.
• Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders excavators and dozers showcasing your technical expertise.
• Travel and Explore: Embrace the opportunity to travel during the week exploring new locations while making a significant impact on various projects.
• Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement ensuring our projects are always top-notch.
• Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.

What were looking for:

• 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience is required.
• Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure concrete structures rebar and concrete finishing underground piping and detention/retention basins is required.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader Mini-Excavator etc.)
• Ability to manage budgets timelines and staff.
• Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check motor vehicle record check and drug screening. We are a drug-free workplace.
• Valid drivers license safe driving record and a reliable method of transportation.
• Able to perform manual labor lift and carry 60 pounds work in confined spaces and under inclement weather conditions.
