This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering and IT to implement data-driven solutions improve SAP systems and support automation efforts. Your work will influence daily operations labor efficiency and long-term manufacturing performance.

What youll be doing:

• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes workflows and material flow across production operations

• Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings material masters and work centers

• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing

• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering and IT to support automation and system integration

• Develop standard work process documentation and training to ensure consistency and scalability

• Support capacity planning cost estimation and performance tracking for equipment and operations

• This role may have direct reports.

What you will bring:

• Strong background in Lean manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies

• Experience with time studies labor standards and production analysis

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with SAP PP Variant Configuration or ERP systems preferred

Industrial Engineer II
Education

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.

Experience

• 3 - 5 years of related experience in industrial engineering manufacturing engineering or process improvement

Industrial Engineer Sr.
Education

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.

Experience

• 6 - 9 years of related experience in industrial engineering manufacturing engineering or process improvement

• Minimal travel required

• Role level may be Industrial Engineer II or Senior Industrial Engineer depending on experience
