Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role is integral to operations focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring seamless processing of commercial lines accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Process commercial lines accounts including certificates endorsements and general administrative tasks
- Handle middle-market accounts with premiums ranging from $100000 to $2 million
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in commercial lines processing; experience with middle-market accounts is preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly desirable
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in agency operations or larger brokerage firms are encouraged to apply
