QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with dispatch and field coordination
• Experience with inventory and vendor management
• HR and staff support experience
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Spanish is a bonus but not required
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organization multitasking and decision-making skills
• Ability to create SOPs
• Good Credit

An accounting degree is a plus!

SCHEDULE: This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
