Commercial Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management team. This position which is located in our Brisbane CBD office will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our clients commercial and industrial assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
• Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomes
• Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
• Assisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlords
• Conducting rent reviews lease expiries and inspections
• Organising work orders assess quotes and tenders and following up on completed works

Qualifications :

In order to succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following:

• An ability and willingness to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving
• 3 5 years experience in commercial real estate management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
• Demonstrated experience with property management platforms such as MRI Cirrus8 or Yardi is highly regarded.
