About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role based in our Singapore office. It is a generalist administration and operations role with three core areas of focus: keeping the Singapore office running smoothly day-to-day providing diary and scheduling support to a senior leader and supporting the People Experience team with people initiatives and team events.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine ownership for whom no job is too small and who sees operational excellence as a source of pride.
What You Will Do
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities supplies and vendor relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and external visitors
- Maintain a consistent standard of professionalism across our Singapore operations
Diary and Scheduling Support
- Provide proactive diary management and scheduling support to a senior leader
- Coordinate meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders
- Set up and manage interview scheduling for hiring processes
People Experience Support
- Support the operational delivery of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate and help organise team events offsites and internal gatherings
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What Were Looking For
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification
- 23 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role ideally in professional services or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook)
