Assist with routine inspection of buildings equipment and infrastructure using approved checklists
Support minor maintenance activities and promptly escalate faults or risks identified
Monitor cleanliness standards and support supervision of janitorial services
Preventive Maintenance & Safety
Support implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules
Assist in basic health safety and environmental checks
Immediately report safety hazards defects or incidents to the supervisor
Vendor & Service support
Assist in supervising vendors during maintenance activities
Verify completion of tasks and report deviations from expected standards
Escalate service quality issues for corrective action
Documentation and reporting
Maintain daily facility activity logs
Prepare and submit weekly reports capturing:
Inspections conducted
Issues identified and escalated
Maintenance activities supported
Support inventory tracking and store records where required
Learning & Development
Participate in inhouse training coaching and onthejob learning
Complete assigned learning modules or safety briefings
Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical and professional skills
Educational Qualification
Minimum of OND / HND / Undergraduate in Engineering Environmental Science Technical or related disciplines
Relevant Experience (Type and minimum years expected)
Basic technical awareness (electrical plumbing mechanical systems) is an advantage
