- Job Title: Pega Developer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design develop and maintain Pega PRPCbased applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega BPM/Case Management delivering scalable and highperformance solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC best practices. Build and manage case management workflows business rules decision tables and integrations. Configure UI components using Pega UI frameworks (Section Harness Flow Action). Develop and maintain reports dashboards and data pages. Perform unit testing debugging and performance tuning of Pega applications. Participate in requirement analysis design discussions and solution walkthroughs. Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and coding standards. Support application deployments enhancements and production issues. Collaborate with business analysts testers and infrastructure teams for endtoend delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 years of experience in Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x). Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management Flows Activities and Rulesets. Handson experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP Connectors Services). Experience with Data Pages Decision Tables Decision Trees and Declare Expressions. Understanding of Pega Deployment Manager and Agile methodologies. Strong problemsolving and debugging skills. Certification: Pega CSA / CSSA (Preferred).
