Admissions Officer

Our international campus welcomes students from Nursery to High School in the 15th district of Paris.

Key responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries from students and parents providing clear and comprehensive information via phone and email

Set up and carry out personalised visits highlighting key selling points of the school based on the customer profile

Ensure follow-up communication with families via a range of channels fostering connection and heightening engagement

Maintain a comprehensive database of student information using CRM tools including telephone logs visit notes and other key feedback to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

Advise prospective families on curriculum available programs admission procedures eligibility criteria and associated costs

Assist in organising and participate in open days information sessions and other recruitment events

Execute email nurturing campaigns to share key information with families based on client personas

Audit the Parent Experience Journey evaluate competitors activities and make recommendations to the marketing team for campaigns and events

Engage with team members to brainstorm ideas develop global marketing strategies and play an active role in advancing ongoing projects

Bilingual English-French (C1 level of English & B2 level of French)

Type of contract: full-time CDD

Dates: June 2026 through January 2027

Remuneration: 3000 gross/month depending on profile
