The Lead Engineer CEMS & Plant Chemistry is responsible for the engineering execution and delivery ofCEMSand selectedplant chemistry systemsacross the project lifecycle from tender support and specification development through supplier management commissioning support and troubleshooting.

The role requires close collaboration with internal engineering teams sourcing project management suppliers and site teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions compliance with customer requirements and on-time project delivery. The scope includes support fordosing sampling water treatment wastewater treatment and water/steam cycle chemistry systems with a strong emphasis onCEMS.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and technical execution ofCEMSfor power plant projects.
• Develop system architecture functional specifications component specifications and ordering documents for CEMS and related plant chemistry packages.
• Support plant chemistry scope includingdosing sampling water treatment wastewater treatment and water/steam cycle applications.
• Prepare and maintain core engineering documents such asP&IDs calculation notes interface documents and technical dossiers.
• Evaluate supplier offers review supplier documentation resolve technical queries and ensure alignment with customer and company standards.
• Manage technical interfaces across suppliers customers project teams and internal engineering functions.
• Support tendering activities by reviewing specifications identifying risks and defining the technical approach.
• Provide technical support during project execution commissioning and operational troubleshooting including occasional site support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement standardization and development initiatives within the CEMS and plant chemistry scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree inChemistry Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant experienceinCEMS plant chemistry or related power plant systems.
• Strong experience inemission monitoring systems includinggas analyzers instrumentation and package engineering.
• Good knowledge ofplant chemistry systems including dosing sampling water treatment wastewater treatment and water/steam cycle chemistry.
• Experience developing technical specifications reviewing supplier documentation and supporting procurement and execution activities.
• Experience incommissioning support and troubleshootingis an advantage.
• Fluent inEnglish;Germanis a plus.
