Proven experience line managing engineering teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment ideally utilizing frameworks like Shape Up.
Senior-level technical expertise in modern stacks including Python/Django TypeScript/React or React Native and a passion for AI-assisted development.
A proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity maintains a high bar for accountability and prefers reimagining systems over maintaining the status quo.
