ERP Application Developer

Germany (Predominantly Remote Travel to Munich area twice per month)

Revive Recruitment is supporting a well-established ERP and Business Intelligence consultancy that has been delivering solutions to mid-sized businesses across the DACH region for over 20 years.

With a team of around 50 employees and an exceptionally high employee satisfaction rate the company has built long-term partnerships with clients across industries including manufacturing technology and professional services. They are now expanding their ERP development team and looking for an ERP Application Developer specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision.

This role offers a predominantly remote setup with occasional travel to the Munich area for team collaboration.

What Youll Do

• Translate customer business requirements into functional ERP software designs

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision solutions using AL and extensions

• Specify and document ERP software requirements for project delivery

• Contribute across the full ERP project lifecycle including occasional client collaboration

• Develop and optimise MS SQL Server databases

• Work closely with consultants and cross-functional project teams

• Gather user feedback and continuously improve ERP solutions

• Support long-term client projects across a diverse range of industries

What Youll Have

• 3 years of professional development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision

• Experience with AL development and ERP customisation

• Solid SQL and database development skills (MS SQL Server)

• Experience with Visual Studio Code and Git/GitHub

• German language skills at C1 level

• Ability to travel to the Munich area approximately twice per month

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI or BI tools

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing or SME environments
