# Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions (ISC) with a focus on NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management) functionality.
2 Design and implement workflows rules and connectors to support non-employee identity lifecycle processes.
3 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define access policies for third-party identities.
4 Customize SailPoint user interfaces and implement form configurations approval workflows and notifications specific to NERM use cases.
5 Integrate with HR systems contractor management systems and directory services for source and target system provisioning.
6 Ensure data integrity role-based access controls (RBAC) and policy compliance for non-employee identities.
7 Provide technical documentation unit testing and deployment support.
8 Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
