This position is based in London Kentucky.

What Youll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor bulk cement terminal equipment including railcar unloading systems and material transfer equipment
• Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime
• Load and unload cement from railcars and trucks while ensuring efficient and safe material flow
• Inspect equipment identify issues and complete basic mechanical repairs using tools and diagnostic skills
• Ensure accuracy of orders documentation and inventory records
• Maintain a safe clean work environment and follow all safety and environmental standards

What Are We Looking For

• Experience in industrial mechanical rail construction or heavy equipment environments (not just warehouse)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools for troubleshooting and basic repairs
• Experience operating or working around heavy equipment conveyors or bulk material systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment and daily operations
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role is located in London KY and operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
