Job Summary
As a BCBA at PSBG you will:
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Design individualized evidence-based treatment plans
Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress
Supervise and mentor RBTs
Provide parent training that empowers families
Collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary professionals
Qualifications :
Current BCBA certification
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
Passion for client progress and team collaboration
A positive solution-oriented mindset
