• Evaluate both overhead and underground distribution systems identifying areas for improvement and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with field teams to enhance safety practices fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Document audit findings clearly and concisely providing actionable feedback to project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to elevate field culture by promoting transparency and open communication among team members.

• Experience within the electric utility or construction industry.
