STRIDE is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 512 who need extra support with social emotional and behavioral this role youll help create a safe structured and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence develop coping skills and thrive. What Youll Do as a Case Manager

• Work directly with students to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Connect families with helpful resources and coordinate care with schools and other providers
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and school staff
• Maintain clear accurate documentation
• Join regular team meetings trainings and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the working toward SSW pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

• Bachelors degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
• Bachelors degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Basic understanding of Social Work principles
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
• Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
