Protiviti is looking for a Privacy Engineer (OneTrustEcosystemManager to join our growing Privacy and Data Protection team.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Experience with deploying consent & preference management privacy rights automation and data discovery tools and techniques.

• Handson experience designing implementing and supporting RESTful APIs for privacy and data protection use cases (e.g. consent synchronization DSAR fulfillment data subject identity verification systemtosystem data exchange).

• Experience integratingOneTrustAPIs (or comparable privacy platforms) with enterprise systems such as CRM ERP IAM data warehouses marketing platforms and case management tools.

• Ability to authenticate and authorize APIs using OAuth 2.0 API keys service principals and tokenbased mechanisms.

• Experience developing testing and troubleshooting API integrations using tools such as Postman Swagger/OpenAPI or similar.

• Understanding of eventdriven and webhookbased integrations to support nearrealtime consent and privacy rights workflows.

• Experience implementing error handling logging retry logic and monitoring forproductionAPI integrations.

• Implement APIs to automate data subject access deletion and correction requests across multiple downstream systems.

• Integrate consent and preference signals via APIs to enforce privacybydefault across digital properties and internal applications.

• Support data discovery and inventory enrichment by ingesting metadata from source systems via APIs.

• Design integrations that support regulatory auditability including traceability of consent purpose and fulfillment actions.

• Experience building and managing integrations using enterprise middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft IBM WebSphere Oracle Fusion Azure Logic Apps).

• Ability to design scalable integration patterns (synchronous vs. asynchronous fanout orchestration vs. choreography).

• Experience deploying andmaintainingintegrations across multienvironment pipelines (dev/test/prod).

• Experience with cookie tag managers such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Tealium

• Experience deploying APIbased privacy services in containerized and cloudnative environments (AWS Azure GCP).

• Understanding ofsecure network designsecretsmanagement andenvironmentisolation for privacy workloads.

• Familiarity with infrastructureascode concepts (e.g. Terraform ARM CloudFormation) is a plus.

• Ability to produce technical privacy architecture diagrams data flow diagrams and API sequence diagrams.

• Experience documenting integrations in a way suitable for regulators auditors and internal risk teams.

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls workflows and system designs.

• Experience supporting regulatory inquiries and audits with technical evidence.

• Evaluating summarizing organizing and interpreting data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional networkincluding withsenior executives.

• Ability to translate and communicatechallengesto client personnel including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisalsmentoringand coaching oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelors degree ina relevantdiscipline (e.g.MIS CIS).

• 5 years workingin professional services or the industry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification such asCIPT CIPP/US and /EU CISSP CISM GSEC GIAC CIPT CIPP/US and /EU CISSP CISM GSEC GIACpreferred.

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client project team and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
