Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Restorative Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant) to help our residents maintain mobility while supporting them to live at their highest possible level of independence and function. The Restorative Aide position is a part time position working 3 days per week with an every other weekend and holiday rotation. We are able to provide full time hours if the candidate is willing to work 2 days a week as a CNA in skilled care.

Pay & Incentives

• Hourly Wage: $20.25$24.69 (DOE)

• Evening & weekend shift differentials

• Sign-On Incentive:

  • $6000 for Full-Time

  • $3000 for Part-Time
    (Paid quarterly over a 15-month contract for qualified candidates)

Shifts & Scheduling

• 6:00 AM 2:00 PM (CNA Shifts)

• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (Restorative Aide Shifts)

• Includes every-other weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements

• Must be a North Dakotalicensed CNA (or willing to obtain certification with our support)
