WHAT YOULL DO:

As a Shop Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience for equipment repair and this fast-paced multifaceted position you will manage the flow of work in and out of the service department ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently each day.

You will be responsible for assigning work orders to technicians auditing paperwork for accuracy and completeness and helping maintain organized up-to-date service records. This role also involves learning and navigating internal systems to track job progress update service information and support overall workflow management.

This position is highly focused on internal customer service requiring close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. You will work alongside various departments within the office to provide accurate timely updates on job status and service progress.

• Comfortable learning and using internal systems and technology
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work

Compensation: $22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
