Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator you will provide daytoday marketing support and serve as a key resource for internal teams. This role focuses on executing marketing materials maintaining digital platforms and supporting sales efforts and internal communications.

What Youll Do

• Provide daily marketing support to internal teams
• Assist with execution of brand campaigns and marketing materials
• Manage and update the company website and social media accounts
• Support the Sales team with CRM assistance and creation of presentations proposals and customer materials
• Maintain marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and alignment with current offerings
• Coordinate work with outside vendors for printing digital services and promotional items
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation process support and basic data review
• Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales materials
• Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting
• Support digital marketing efforts such as SEO paid ads and social media
• Assist with internal communications and announcements as needed

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and website CMS (e.g. WordPress)
