Field Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Field Operations Coordinator position is to provide a high level of coordination between supporting field supervisors and the general superintendent. Position will require flexibility with your tasks to best support the onboarding new hire process along with employee and paperwork tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate and communicate with front desk EHS and projects for new hire orientation. This will include reaching out to project sites for job numbers and communicating with EHS. Job number should be available at time call is placed confirm with site.
- Entering time for all new hires into KeyStyle and sending a confirming email to the field supervisor and/or PC with the employees name employee number and the amount of time that was entered for new hire orientation.
- Clean and sanitize tablets tables and area after new hire training is performed.
- Assist with updating dispatch report in real time for all new hires ROFs transfers and furloughs.
- May assist in update calls in the hiring hall as needed. Communicating with field supervisor when calls are placed and filled. Including what group they took the call for. Most recent example Intel Progressive Build or Intel Tool install. Progressive Build inside or Progressive Build outside.
- Assist in tracking SDO officers on all projects. As individuals transfer to other sites or leave the company communicate with the field supervisor for replacement SDO and SDA positions.
- Update Field Labor List daily
- Maintain company Document Index (forms).
- Maintain information/documents within Foreman Folder via Corp-Site and MyWorkDrive.
- Attend all Operations Support Team meetings and training sessions unless conflicts with new hire orientation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Three years of related administrative or industry related experience.
Proficientin Microsoft Suite.
Attention to detail in documentation and verbal communication.
Expert level time management and organization skills
Experience working with union contractors is preferred but not required
Benefits
