TheSupply Chain Capability Managing Director will grow the firms business through the identification and expansion of key client accounts in the context of Spaulding Ridges overall supply chain strategy. Leveraging deep expertise across endtoend supply chain domains and industryspecific solutions the Capability Managing Director will help Spaulding Ridge build a sustainable and scalable supply chain business by originating new opportunities developing deep executive relationships and selling the full breadth of Spaulding Ridges capabilities for maximum client impact.
This role also requires demonstrated experience leading at senior leadership role within a large-scale supply chain consulting practice and shaping the firms market-facing point of view on supply chain transformation.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategy for bringing Spaulding Ridges Supply Chain offerings to existing and new client accounts
- Maintain a sales pipeline that supports origination and bookofbusiness targets
- Leverage deep supply chain domain expertise to identify expansion opportunities within accounts across planning procurement manufacturing logistics and fulfillment
- Provide subjectmatter leadership to support sales opportunities for new logos
- Lead complex sales cycles and partner with other leaders to advance opportunities effectively
- Build deepen and expand executivelevel relationships within client organizations
- Leverage alliances channel partners and market relationships to accelerate account growth
Delivery
- Partner with delivery teams to scope shape and develop compelling technology-enabled supply chain transformation solutions
- Ensure highquality delivery outcomes within your book of business that meet client expectations and margin targets
- Work with engagement leads to drive measurable business results and develop actionable supply chain roadmaps that extend client impact
- Educate and enable engagement leads on Spaulding Ridges Supply Chain capabilities offerings and value propositions
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities across existing relationships with measurable outcomes
People
- Build strong relationships across the firm to support growth of the Supply Chain capability and Spaulding Ridge overall
- Mentor coach and develop team members to support their professional growth client success and career progression
- Model effective leadership behaviors sales strategies and client relationship management for others across the organization
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Lead the development of supply chain thought leadership including points of view white papers executive presentations and industry perspectives
- Represent Spaulding Ridge externally through client forums industry events webinars and partner-sponsored initiatives
- Shape and articulate a clear differentiated perspective on supply chain strategy planning and digital transformation
Qualifications:
- Proven success developing executive relationships managing a diverse portfolio of clients and consistently growing revenue within a consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing or serving in a senior leadership role within a $20M supply chain practice or equivalent business unit
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of end to end supply chain domains (e.g. planning procurement manufacturing logistics fulfillment inventory optimization)
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting technology-enabled supply chain transformations including implementation of platforms such as Kinaxis o9 Anaplan SAP IBP Oracle or similar supply chain planning and execution solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams of consultants client leaders and solution experts
- Experience leading complex client facing sales motions including requirements gathering executive workshops and solution validation sessions
- Strong business development track record with the ability to achieve sales and booking targets through direct and alliance based origination
- Proven business operations acumen including forecasting business planning statement of work development and managing to margin and utilization goals
- Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills with senior executive audiences
- Ability to leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify shape and capitalize on new supply chain transformation opportunities

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected addition this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors including skills experience qualifications and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

$210000 - $350000 USD
