    Position Information:

    The Food Services Assistant Manager performs a variety of functions related to meal preparation record keeping and meal service in a Central Kitchen.

    Shift Details:7 hours a day; 183 day calendar
    Continuing Position:Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However an employees total work hours work locations and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
    FLSA Status: Non-exempt
    Hourly Rate:$28.37per step increases from $28.37to $29.87(2025-2026Food ServiceSalary Schedule)

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma (or its equivalent)
    • Possession of a valid health card


    Special License/Requirements:

    • Possession of Level 1 certification through School Nutrition Association (or ability to obtain)


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of relevant food service experience is preferred.
