This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to partner with internal stakeholders and lead highqualitytendering and procurement outcomes that deliver real value to the community. As a Procurement Business Partner you will play a critical advisory role influencing planning improvingcomplianceand driving sustainablevalueformoneydecisions across Council. You will make an impact by
Providingendtoendprocurement and tendering support across assigned business units
Leading full tender processes including documentation development evaluationawardand contract execution
Partnering proactively with stakeholders to influence procurement planning and strategies early in the cycle
Monitoring procurement compliance and supporting continuous improvement across theprocuretopayprocess
Delivering procurement data analysis and insights toidentifysavings manage risk and optimise supplier performance
What you will bring
Demonstrated and proven experience inpublicsectororlargescaletendering (essential)
Strong knowledge of procurement policiesproceduresand relevant legislation
Experience providing strategicevidencebasedprocurement advice that supports informeddecisionmaking
Proven capability inendtoendprocurement including contracts and supplier engagement
Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis compliancemonitoringand reporting
Ability to work autonomously exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities
High levelsof professionalismdiscretionand integrity
