Casual Events and Functions Supervisor

Due to current strong growth in functions the Fresh team in Brisbane has immediate vacancy for an experienced Function Supervisor to join their Service brigade. Work across a diverse variety of functions and events spaces including offsite corporate events and festivals where no two days are ever the same.

The Role

• Casual position with flexible working hours between Monday - Sunday
• Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
• Oversee all service aspects from setup to service to pack down
• Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
• Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

What were Looking For

• 612 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor
• Must have previous function experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Passion for creating memorable event experiences

Youll also bring:

• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid RSA certification
