HR Drivers

AusJobz is a proudly Australian -owned recruitment specialist partnering with leading organisations across mining construction engineering and industrial services.

We are currently seeking 3 HR Drivers with multi combination skills to join a growing team in Townsville offering a temp to perm opportunity with full-time hours (38 per week) and a pay rate of $44.38 per hour. This role requires early starts at 4:45am making it ideal for candidates who prefer to finish early.

You will be responsible for operating collection vehicles and equipment performing rear-lift work involving the movement of large bins (requiring a good level of physical fitness) transporting waste and recycling to designated facilities completing daily pre-start checks and supporting general operational duties as required.

Candidates with limited HR driving experience are encouraged to apply with additional training provided.

What Youll Be Doing

• Operate company collection vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform rear-lift operations including moving large bins (requires good physical fitness)
• Complete daily pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
• Transport loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities
• Support Bin Runner duties as required
• Engage with clients professionally while ensuring safe loading and unloading

Essential Requirements

• Unrestricted HR Licence (Australia) or Class 4 (NZ) minimum requirement
• HR B-Syncro licences are suitable
• Ability to obtain a Defence pass (includes police/security check)
• Willingness to travel to Ayr occasionally (vehicle and fuel provided)

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Driver History Report
• Completion of WH&S (certificate required prior to start)
