Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager the Organisation Development Officer - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.

This position would be perfect for someone looking to enter Organisational Development with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Strategy.
  • Plan and coordinate culture and inclusion actitivies and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across both clients and employees to support participation in organisational initiatives such as sharing examples and stories that reflect culture and inclusion in practice.
  • Coordinate organisational development working groups and record minutes and actions to support delivery of commitment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communication to support visability of initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support such as scheduling and documenting.
  • Assist in collection analysis and reporting of data to support culture diversity and employee engagement insights for decision making.


Selection criteria:

  • Qualifications (or studying towards) in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement organisational culture capability and development talent management and diversity and inclusion practices and approaches.
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning.
  • Experience of autonomously managing small medium sized projects or events with a pro-active action-oriented approach.
  • While not required experience in human resources learning and development or HR projects is desired.
  • A commitment to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help).
